Compliance of the NIH Public Access Policy
NIH is going to being enforcing the compliance of the NIH Public Access policy to new grant applications. If publications are not in compliance, awards for new grants will be held up: http://nexus.od.nih.gov/all/2012/11/16/improving-public-access-to-research-results/
