The GMR is moving to a new general email address. It is not an electronic discussion list and will not replace GMRLIST. This new address is ^*. It is the address for network members and others to send email messages to the GMR. Our new email address is ready to use. Just send your email correspondence to .

Email can be an efficient communication tool but only if digital hazards such as spam can be avoided or at least circumvented. Unfortunately, our email inbox has been inundated with spam, thus the new email address. The old address, , will eventually be deactivated.

What can you do to help the GMR with the transition to this new email address? Help us keep the new email address off any web pages, especially electronic newsletters, blogs and archived electronic mailing lists. These are places that spammers go to collect email addresses.

What else can you do to help the GMR fight spam and serve you better?

1. Type our new email address into your address book right now.
2. Remove the old email address from your address book.
3. Announce the new email address at your next meeting.
