New GMR Classes Focus on Patient Safety and Evaluation
Two new classes have been added to the pantheon of available courses GMR Coordinators are available to teach to library groups, associations and consortiums.
- Patient Safety Resource Seminar: Librarians on the Front Lines focuses on understanding the issues of and becoming involved in the solutions to patient safety and was developed by Holly Ann Burt (GMR)
- Measuring Your Impact: Using Evaluation to Demonstrate Value provides methods for librarians to show the value of their library’s services and was developed by the NN/LM Outreach Evaluation Resource Center.
Both are offered for Medical Library Association (MLA) continuing education (CE) credits. For more information about these and other courses, visit http://nnlm.gov/gmr/training/classes.html.
