A new look and feel is unfolding for the Greater Midwest Region Website http://nnlm.gov/gmr and the National Network of Libraries of Medicine Website http://nnlm.gov/ as a whole.

Why the changes? Recently, a national usability and evaluation review was conducted on the NN/LM and RML websites. Results supported the need for a more uniform navigation scheme in the family of NN/LM Web pages and more focus on the needs of our Network Members. How will this impact you? It’s not just skin deep! As of Monday, June 12, if you are a long-time user of the NN/LM or RML Websites, some of the services you rely on may have moved to new addresses.

This roll-out is the result of the first stage of a broad effort to improve our Website to meet network member needs. And, frankly, this is such a huge change in the architecture of our information that we expect you will run into some things we haven’t fully resolved yet. We know we aren’t done, and we plan to continue refining our Web pages over time. Meanwhile, we do appreciate your comments!
