There have been a number of changes to PubMed® in the past few weeks: the new format on the Limits tab, the addition of new Tutorials, a SkillKit article on Truncation, the removal of the [ab] field tag, changes in OLDMEDLINE dates, and new journals added to PubMed.

For PubMed® records before September 1997 (OLDMEDLINE), the Entrez date (EDAT) is being changed to reflect the publication date; the MeSH Date (MHDA) will remain unchanged: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/pubs/techbull/ma06/ma06_technote.html#3
