		<description><![CDATA[As reported in Savannah Now, there was a bomb threat Monday at Effingham Hospital, located in Springfield, Georgia.  According to the article, all patients were transported to a nearby nursing facility and all staff and visitors were evacuated.  The call was received at 2:30pm and the all-clear was given shortly after 4:00pm.]]></description>
