		<description><![CDATA[Dan and Cindy did a great job of providing background for the outreach project and examples of how well it was received statewide, and Cindy provided additional information from the Library of Virginia about the training they sponsor for librarians in Virginia.  The classes are free to Virginia librarians and can be taken in a variety of ways, including downloading and viewing an archived version, which helps accommodate varying schedules.
