No-cost fitness DVD and workout books from the National Institute on Aging
The National Institute on Aging’s Go4Life’s campaign provides resources for older adults to get active. A highlight of the campaign is a series of exercises that are designed especially for older adults using materials already in their homes (chairs, soup cans, towels, etc.). Seniors can set personal fitness goals, track their progress and watch success story videos. Resources are also available for family and friends, organizations and health professionals.
