Funding Opportunities With The REACH Initiative
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announces the availability of approximately $32 million to improve the health of Americans through two Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) initiatives. These funding opportunity announcements are designed to support comprehensive programs that address health disparities in racial and ethnic groups. These two funding opportunity announcements build upon previous REACH efforts and other community health programs that focus on engaging community partners to reduce health disparities.
