La Mesa Completa Toolkit (Spanish): Bringing Nutrition Assistance to Hispanic Communities Across the Nation
La Mesa Completa Toolkit is an e-tool, written in Spanish, made for Spanish-speaking faith and community leaders to learn about the various ways in which they can partner with USDA to ensure that Latinos have access to federal nutrition programs. More than one in four Latinos is food insecure, and Latinos access USDA nutrition assistance programs at the lowest rates of any demographic group. The toolkit is a .PDF file that navigates like a website and includes helpful links, best practices, stories, and even videos of personal testimony. La Mesa Completa Toolkit is available only in Spanish and is available online at http://1.usa.gov/L9C0kV.
