Your organization is an Outreach Partner of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine Pacific Northwest Region meeting the following requirements:
- Your organization is a local, state or regional non-profit based in one of the states of the Pacific Northwest (Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington). (Yes/No):
- Your organization has goals which are complementary to the outreach goals of the NN/LM PNR, as stated in the announcement*. (Yes/No):
- Your organization works with or represents unaffiliated health professionals (those having no medical library or medical library services); or those who are located in rural or under-served areas; or those who are serving primarily minority populations, in either inner city or rural areas; or those who are public health workers. (Yes/No):

*One goal of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, Pacific Northwest Region (NN/LM PNR) is to "promote awareness of and access to biomedical information for health professionals." To this end we direct our outreach efforts to health professionals, health professional organizations and health care organizations, especially those that are unaffiliated (have no library or library services). We further target those who are located in rural or under-served areas, those who are serving primarily minority populations, in either inner city or rural areas, or who are public health workers. The NN/LM PNR seeks to assist these populations in accessing biomedical information through technology.
